Benson Autobody started as an idea two guys had while they were working for a franchise of body shops owned out of Tucson Arizona. No matter how hard we tried we could never bring our small town attitude to a large corporation. It’s been our dream to share our passion for cars and people with a city that takes care of one another.
By combining today’s technology with good old western values Benson Autobody became a great success, proving the Benson community and surrounding areas a valued and much needed service. Customers no longer had to have there car towed to Tucson or Sierra Vista, they could have a quality collision repair performed locally without the hassle of driving over 30 miles to pick up their car.
A short time later we noticed that there was a lack of quality glass shops in the area. Within a year we started Benson Glass. Performing glass repair and replacements. ARS 28-957.01-A requires that all passenger vehicles are to be equipped with an adequate windshield. Our top notch glass technicians are ready make sure that your windshield is adequate and that you won’t get any surprises if you are pulled over. In June of 2011 our good old western values paid off as we outgrew our old shop on 4th street and moved to our 14,000 Sq. Ft. facility at 1201 S. Hwy 80 providing you with better service for all your collision, glass and auto repair needs.
Along with our new facility we have added state of the art equipment to bring your car or truck back to the condition it was in prior to any damage. A new 22′ frame machine with computerized measuring system your car or trucks frame will be brought back to factory spec. Restoring your vehicle to tip top shape. A brand new paint booth with digital color matching will duplicate the color of your vehicle to make it look like your car never had an accident. Recently we added a New Hunter 4 Wheel alignment machine. With a correct alignment your vehicle will track strait down the road.
